Key Responsibilities Booking vehicles in for MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and repairs Managing the workshop diary and customer bookings Allocating work to technicians and managing workloads Providing technicians with accurate job information and required parts Liaising with customers and providing progress updates Preparing estimates and obtaining customer authorisation for additional work Ordering and managing vehicle parts Preparing invoices and taking customer payments Liaising with suppliers and parts departments Handling telephone and email enquiries Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records Ensuring jobs progress efficiently through the workshop Supporting the overall day-to-day running of the service centre You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, Workshop Administrator or similar A good understanding of MOTs, servicing and general vehicle repairs Knowledge of vehicle parts and parts ordering Experience with invoicing and administration Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Good computer skills The ability to prioritise a busy workload Confidence dealing with customers, technicians and suppliers A proactive, organised and dependable approach What's on Offer? £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience Full-time, permanent position Immediate start available Established and busy MOT & Service Centre Varied and responsible role Genuine opportunity to become an important part of the day-to-day operation For futher information please contact Daventry on
