Your new role Produce engaging monthly newsletters, including content creation, copywriting, visual design and publication management. Maintain and continuously update internal communication platforms with business updates, success stories and key organisational messages. Develop professional presentations for a range of audiences, ensuring clear messaging and engaging design. Design posters, promotional materials and communication assets to support internal and external campaigns. Assist in producing best practice guides, case studies and supporting documentation. Support the preparation of award submissions and recognition initiatives through effective content creation and storytelling. Conduct regular engagement visits with operational and internal teams to strengthen collaboration and develop positive working relationships. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within a communications, administration, customer service or stakeholder engagement role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Experience producing communications materials such as newsletters, presentations or promotional content. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Confidence communicating with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Experience producing internal communications or employee engagement content. Experience supporting customer communications and stakeholder management. Experience writing case studies, award submissions or business documentation. Understanding of social value, community engagement or corporate responsibility initiatives.
