Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for paint. Mix and colour match paint accurately. Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray equipment. Carry out SMART repairs and full panel resprays where required. Polish and finish painted vehicles to a high standard. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and manufacturer standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Paint Technician , Vehicle Paint Sprayer , Car Painter , Automotive Paint Technician , or Bodyshop Paint Sprayer . Experience working within a busy accident repair centre or bodyshop. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques. Excellent eye for detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential. Package 22.00 - 24.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Overtime opportunities available.
