Job Title: Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing Location: Essex Salary: Up to 43,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded social housing provider in Essex , seeking an experienced and proactive Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance works across their housing stock. This is a permanent , full-time role offering up to 43,000 per annum, ideal for someone with a strong background in housing maintenance , a good understanding of Schedule of Rates (SORs) , and proven experience in managing operatives in the field. The successful candidate will ensure void properties are processed efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards and statutory requirements.
