Starting salary of £25,350 , rising to £26,810 (inclusive of bonus) if you secure a permanent position Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate start (please only apply if you're available immediately or have a short notice period) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (37.5 hours per week), office based Free on-site parking Full training provided Long-term career development opportunities About the Role As an Order Processing Administrator , you'll play a key role within the Fleet Division, ensuring orders are processed accurately, information is maintained correctly and internal processes run smoothly. Working behind the scenes with internal teams, suppliers and account functions, you'll manage order information across multiple systems and portals, ensuring every detail is correct and all documentation is completed to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and working with data. You'll be busy, you'll be involved, and you'll play an important role in keeping everything moving. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Processing sales orders accurately using internal systems and external portals Inputting and maintaining order information and records Checking specifications, pricing and data accuracy Managing information across multiple platforms and systems Reviewing documentation and ensuring all details are complete Uploading and maintaining relevant paperwork Monitoring order progress and updating internal records Supporting internal teams with accurate information Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues Ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met Providing general administrative support across the Fleet Division About You We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude as much as the right experience. You'll be someone who: Enjoys working with systems, processes and information Is organised and loves keeping things running smoothly Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail Can manage multiple tasks and priorities Has a proactive, can-do approach Enjoys being part of a busy and supportive team You'll ideally have experience within administration, order processing, data entry, sales support or a similar office-based role.
