Position: Waking Night Project Worker Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: 28,152 per annum Hours: Full-time (40.25 hours per week) Join our friendly team at Fletcher Way as a Waking Night Worker. Based in a modern, purpose-built supported living service in Hemel Hempstead, you'll support adults with physical and learning disabilities in an environment that empowers people to live as independently as possible. The Role Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity Offer emotional support and respond to any crises Administer medication and complete light household tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs Working Pattern: 4 waking night shifts across a two-week rolling rota, working 20:15 to 07:45 . The rota includes weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in cover where required . About You You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives. Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential. Hightown Benefits 28,152 per annum (40.25 hours per week) 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service Blue Light Card , access to discounts for national and local retailers Workplace pension and life assurance (three times annual salary) Mileage paid Annual performance bonus and monthly attendance bonus Long Service Awards Annual salary and cost of living review Ongoing training and development Employee assistance helpline The successful candidate must always maintain appropriate professional boundaries and understand their responsibilities in relation to positions of trust. All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances.
