Support team Program Management Office (PMO) activities and governance structures as called upon to support seamless department execution when required ABOUT YOU Extensive experience and strong track record within large-scale industrial manufacturing, aerospace, or complex facility management environments. Proven delivery of measurable energy reduction initiatives. Direct expertise in optimizing heavy HVAC, industrial processes, automated building controls (BMS), and managing physical energy/water delivery points. Engineering experience with the installation, scaling, and handover of solar PV, heat pumps, metering or water conservation systems . Experience executing Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs), writing technical RFPs, and steering site Master Plans or Operational Plans (OP). Proficiency in energy management software/data tools to track EnPIs. Proven ability to ensure compliance with ISO 14001/ 50001.
