Develop bespoke product solutions using our global sourcing network, private label capabilities and exclusive brands. Collaborate with Product Development, Design and Sourcing teams to bring new concepts to market. Introduce customers to the wider Paramount Retail Group portfolio, creating cross-category opportunities across pet, homewares, drinks, confectionery and consumer goods. Identify, win and onboard new national retail customers. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, annual agreements and joint business planning. Deliver engaging customer presentations supported by market insight and commercial analysis. Produce accurate forecasting, pipeline management and sales reporting. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with: Proven experience managing national retail or grocery accounts. A strong track record of delivering profitable year-on-year account growth. Experience winning new business with major retailers. Background within branded products, consumer goods, sourcing, manufacturing or brand ownership. Experience selling branded, exclusive and private label products. Strong understanding of UK retail and grocery customers. Knowledge of both domestic supply and FOB sourcing models. Experience working with international supply chains and Far East sourcing. Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multi-million-pound customer portfolios. Strong analytical skills with experience producing forecasts, sales analysis and joint business plans.
