Ensure robust performance frameworks and improvement plans are in place. Analyse and report on service performance and statutory returns. Support consultation and stakeholder engagement activities. Develop meaningful KPIs and performance measures. Quality Improvement Lead quality assurance and service improvement initiatives. Work with providers to develop and implement improvement plans. Oversee service quality monitoring across supported housing provision. Support safeguarding activities, investigations, and service improvement actions. Promote partnership working across Housing, Health, Adult Social Care, and external agencies.
