About You You'll be an experienced chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and a desire to continue developing your skills. You'll have: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality fresh-food kitchen, including experience on the sauce section. Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. A genuine enthusiasm for seasonal cooking and sourcing quality produce. The ambition to progress into a Junior Sous Chef position. A positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen. Hours 40-45 hours per week over 5 days. Two days off each week (together or separately). A variety of shifts including: 7:30am-3:00pm 9:00am-4:00pm 4:00pm-11:00pm 9:00am-11:00pm (with a two-hour break) Closed every year on 25 & 26 December .
