We are looking for a genuine people person, someone who's able to engage with customers and who wants to develop a sales career within the construction supplies sector. The ideal candidate would have some sales or trade counter experience from the merchants world but this is NOT essential. This hunt is all about finding the right person as the product side of things can be taught, whereas the natural 'people skills' ability will be in-built.
