Provide regular reporting on supplier performance and recovery plans. Support supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Supplier Quality Manager Position Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 7+ years' experience within Supplier Quality, Supplier Development or Supplier Quality Assurance. Previous experience managing or leading Supplier Quality teams. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, 8D and Root Cause Analysis. Experience managing supplier containment and recovery activities including CSL1 & CSL2. Background within Automotive, Motorsport, OEM, Tier 1 or advanced manufacturing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
