Ensure robust containment plans are implemented to protect production. Drive supplier corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys and structured problem-solving techniques. Monitor supplier KPIs including PPM, quality escapes and corrective action performance. Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Programme teams to minimise disruption. Provide regular reporting on supplier performance and recovery plans. Support supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Supplier Quality Manager Position Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 7+ years' experience within Supplier Quality, Supplier Development or Supplier Quality Assurance. Previous experience managing or leading Supplier Quality teams. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, 8D and Root Cause Analysis. Experience managing supplier containment and recovery activities including CSL1 & CSL2. Background within Automotive, Motorsport, OEM, Tier 1 or advanced manufacturing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
