Key Responsibilities: Time & Attendance System Management: Oversee the Time & Attendance system, ensuring accurate data for all employees. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processes by inputting variable data and resolving queries. Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage onboarding, contracts, and leaver processes while maintaining accurate employee records. Employee Relations Support: Provide essential support to managers with attendance and absence reports. HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and assist with KPI reporting across departments. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous HR administration experience in medium-to-large organisations. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR systems (ADP experience is a plus) and strong in Microsoft Excel. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
