You will need to hold a health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH. You will also need demonstrable experience and knowledge of current housing related legislation in relation to Fire/Structural Safety and Fire Risk Assessment work streams, as well as experience of managing Health and Safety with safety regulations. An excellent communicator with a focus on providing high quality customer service, you will be able to build rapport with residents and maintain effective working relationships. You will also need the flexibility to be able to travel from site to site, as and when required.
