The Role The Fractional Finance & Operations Director will own finance, day-to-day operations, and HR across the business. This is a hands-on, broad remit for someone who is happy rolling up their sleeves across everything from management accounts and cashflow through to operational process and people administration. Broad experience across finance, operations, and HR, ideally within a small or scaling business. Able and willing to work fully on-site in London. Bonus Experience Experience in a SaaS, software, or other technology business. Exposure to an early-stage or fast-scaling environment where the back-office is being built out.
