Report capacity, recruitment, supplier performance, commercial risks and improvement opportunities to the Head of Operations and relevant Project Managers. • Chair or lead regular resource and supplier-performance reviews, with clear actions and ownership. • Work with the IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager to improve visibility, automation and reporting of external-resource data. • Continuously improve network-management processes so the model can scale without adding unnecessary fixed overhead. What you'll bring: • Experience managing an external workforce, supplier network, field resource or comparable operational supply chain. • Strong planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate project pipelines into resource requirements. • Commercial awareness and confidence discussing rates, cost, value and supplier performance. • Strong data-analysis skills and the ability to use performance information to make allocation and supplier-management decisions. • Excellent relationship-management and communication skills across suppliers, internal teams and senior stakeholders. • Proactive problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate shortages and put contingency plans in place before delivery is affected. • Good understanding of geographically distributed field operations; knowledge of surveying, EPC or retrofit delivery would be advantageous. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where demand and regional resource requirements can change quickly.
