All areas within the warehouse are worked on a rotating basis as and when required. The successful candidate will actively use and help maintain 4 key warehouse systems, strictly comply with Health and Safety regulations, and work diligently to meet daily KPIs and SLAs. This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with team members and coordinating with various stakeholders, including the overseas HQ Logistics team. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and "sleeves-rolled-up" Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton. This is an active, physical role where you will be the heartbeat of the warehouse floor, ensuring the smooth, daily flow of goods in and out.
