What you'll do: Operational Support the delivery of planned, cyclical and sustainability projects from inception to completion, including programme planning, site inspections, stakeholder engagement and project reporting. Monitor project progress, defects and remedial actions, escalating issues to Project Managers as appropriate. Maintain accurate property, project and compliance records, ensuring servicing information and certification remain up to date. Support the maintenance of Asprey and associated asset management systems, including the validation of stock condition, survey, compliance and completed works data. You will develop policies to increase public and private investment into UK life sciences, ensure the tax regime nurtures innovative businesses and that the visa system allows global talent to come to the UK. You will also deliver events and other activities that help UK and international investors understand and access investment opportunities in our sector. The holder will develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of work including leading on our input to HM Treasury, supporting the UK Government's Life Sciences Investment Envoy, and providing the secretariat to our Finance and Tax Advisory Committee. This will involve close collaborative working with civil servants, CEOs and CFOs from member companies and key investors. We are looking for someone to lead and manage all procurement activities across the school, ensuring effective, compliant, and value-driven sourcing of goods and services that support operational excellence and high-quality learning environments. The role: We seek an individual to join as a Procurement Manager where your focus will be: Leading the development and execution of the school's procurement strategy aligned with school and regional objectives Developing annual procurement plans in collaboration with the Operations Manager, SLT and Finance Manager Driving value-for-money initiatives through competitive sourcing, benchmarking, and strategic negotiation Leading tendering processes in line with governance standards Negotiating and managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements Ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal financial controls, and Nord Anglia policies Maintaining accurate procurement documentation to support audit and governance requirements Building strong supplier relationships and monitoring performance to minimise operational risk Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of resources and services The Successful Candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline Professional procurement qualification (CIPS or equivalent preferred) Minimum 5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles Strong negotiation and contract management skills Strong financial acumen and analytical capability Experience working within structured governance and compliance frameworks Understanding of Qatar procurement regulations (preferred) Experience within education, hospitality, or service-based environments (desirable) Please see full job description here.
