Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journals and control accounts, ensuring financial information is accurate and complete. Supporting group and statutory reporting requirements and contributing to month-end and year-end close processes. Managing and reviewing payroll, pension, expenses and other employee-related accounting entries and reconciliations. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with budget holders to provide financial information, analysis and guidance. Managing overhead reporting and reviews, including investigating variances and supporting budget managers with queries. Coordinating cross-charges and cost allocations, ensuring these are accurately processed and reconciled. Supporting the wider finance team with SAP R3 month-end and year-end processes, journals and financial reporting. Providing financial insight and responding to ad hoc queries and requests from stakeholders across the business. Supporting appropriate controls and authorisation processes across supplier, payroll, expense and pension payments. The successful Senior Finance Analyst: We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can demonstrate: Part-qualified accountancy status or significant relevant finance experience. Strong technical accounting experience, ideally including group and statutory reporting.
