Handle Letters of Authority (LOAs), ensuring requests are submitted, monitored and followed through efficiently to obtain the required information from providers. Support the firm's ongoing Annual Review Service by preparing review packs, obtaining up-to-date valuations and policy information, scheduling reviews and ensuring service standards are maintained. Prepare documentation and client information for meetings. Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress cases and resolve queries. Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office. Assist with report preparation and administration required by Paraplanners. Provide proactive updates to clients throughout the advice process, delivering a high standard of customer service. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to the continued efficiency of the business. Skills and Experience Essential Previous experience working within a Financial Services Administration role. Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients. Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Desirable Experience using Intelligent Office (iO). Experience using FE Analytics. Knowledge of industry platforms and provider systems. Experience supporting financial planners within an independent financial advice practice.
