Our client is looking to appoint a Head of Content & Audience to build and lead the content engine behind a fast growing prize competitions business. Our client runs prize competitions for football supporters, giving them the chance to win football prizes and merchandise. It is a profitable and fast growing business with a large and loyal football following, built on strong product instinct, speed and real football knowledge. Football supporters love what it does and they keep coming back. Content is central to how the business grows. At present it is produced reactively rather than planned. Campaign execution varies and there is very little established video capability. This role exists to change that. The role This is a genuine build. You will own the daily content strategy, the content mix and the weekly calendar. You will lead the creative strategy and execution of the flagship campaigns, such as Coventry Headliners, Mega Cash, European Nights and Anfield, developing the narratives, the content plans, the briefs and the production schedules behind them. You will establish a short form video capability across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. You will also build the campaign operating system in ClickUp that holds the templates, calendars, briefs and review processes together. It begins as a single person leadership function. Expect to balance strategy with hands on delivery. What you will do Own the daily content. Strategy, mix and the weekly calendar, balancing promotional content against content that earns attention.
