Ensure maximum direct selling time. Effective handling of all sales enquiries. Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach. Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe. Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on: Prospecting, customer follow-up and closing deals Time management. Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record.
