The role involves working on social housing properties across Cambridgeshire, carrying out a range of multi-trade repairs to prepare homes to a lettable standard. We welcome applications from Multi Skilled Operatives, Multi Traders, Property Maintenance Operatives, Void Operatives, Maintenance Technicians, Carpenter Multi Traders, Plumber Multi Traders, and Repairs Operatives with experience working within social housing or domestic property maintenance.
