This operation provides legal advice and legal expenses insurance services to millions of high-profile corporate customers. This is an inbound operation providing support and advice on a range of matter including employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes and personal injury. Must have undergrad or postgrad qualifications in Law. The Legal Advisor role Driving for positive resolutions over the phone with customers, including policy application and guidance on all products. Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line. Working within agreed service levels and quality standards. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
