What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will: Own the end-to-end paid media strategy for the Novasol brand Lead day-to-day optimisation of campaigns, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively to maximise ROI and commercial performance Leverage automation, AI-driven solutions and new platform innovations to continuously improve performance Design and run a structured testing programme across structure, creative, landing pages, audience strategy and bidding models, applying sound measurement and incrementality frameworks to validate results Work closely with Revenue Management to align performance activity with pricing, occupancy and commercial priorities Manage the creative supply chain with Brand and Creative teams - briefing, production timelines and asset delivery - ensuring messaging and creative supports broader marketing objectives Partner with SEO and Product teams to improve landing page performance, conversion rates and overall customer journey Analyse and report on performance trends, surfacing risks and opportunities with clear, commercially-framed recommendations Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to ensure we remain ahead in an increasingly competitive PPC landscape Contribute to a culture of innovation within the performance team, championing new ideas, tools and ways of working Ultimately, you'll be accountable for delivering performance and ensuring paid channels continue to be a key driver of acquisition for Novasol.
