Interim Group Finance Manager High-Growth Luxury Consumer Brand London/Hybrid Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally recognised consumer brand in their search for an Interim Group Finance Manager on a 6 month contract. Renowned for its creativity and quality, the organisation has built a loyal following worldwide and continues to scale rapidly across multiple regions. Operating across wholesale and e-commerce channels, the business is on an impressive growth trajectory and is now building out and professionalising its group finance function. With new entities being established across several countries and a busy year-end and audit cycle ahead, this opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys bringing structure to a finance function still being built. The Role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working alongside the wider Group Finance team, you will take ownership of several business-critical workstreams spanning financial control and process improvement. A key focus will be acting as the finance owner for newly established international entities, coordinating outsourced providers and internal stakeholders, and building the controls, schedules and documentation needed to hand these over cleanly to the relevant finance teams in future. This is a genuinely hands-on, project-focused engagement. Alongside the entity workstream you will strengthen the month-end and group consolidation process, build out group balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules, and support both the completion of the FY2025 audit and the onboarding of new external auditors for FY2026. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a group of recently set-up overseas entities, acting as the central finance contact while their bookkeeping, payroll and local tax are handled by external providers. Keep activity and information joined up between those third-party providers and the internal finance, tax and payroll teams. Build out the underlying controls, workflows and reporting for these entities, and document them clearly so ownership can be handed to permanent or local teams in time. Bring more rigour and consistency to the group's month-end timetable and consolidation. Create a full set of group balance sheet reconciliations and backing schedules, so leadership finally has a clear, reliable view of the consolidated numbers. Introduce standardised review routines and templates with the entity teams to keep reporting consistent across the group. Drive the FY2025 statutory accounts and group audit through to completion. Prepare for a new audit partner in FY2026, supporting a clean transition and a smoother year-end. Pick up other group-wide finance initiatives as the need emerges, adding senior capacity while the business scales. What We Need to See (Essential) Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
