Working alongside our Paid Social and Creative teams, you'll influence campaign strategy, drive performance and turn Paid Search insights into meaningful business recommendations that help clients make smarter marketing decisions. What Your Day Might Look Like • Taking end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube campaigns. • Developing Paid Search strategies, optimisation roadmaps and structured testing plans. • Planning, building and launching best-in-class PPC campaigns aligned to wider paid media strategies. • Monitoring budgets, ROI and campaign performance while proactively identifying opportunities for growth. • Quickly identifying and resolving performance issues to maximise campaign success. • Producing insightful reports that translate campaign data into clear commercial recommendations. • Building strong client relationships through regular communication, strategy calls and meetings. • Working closely with our Paid Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. • Managing multiple client priorities within a fast-paced agency environment. • Staying ahead of industry developments, platform updates and emerging Paid Search technologies.
