This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting customer projects from order receipt through to delivery. Working across multiple departments, you will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are understood, project milestones are tracked, risks are identified early, and communication remains clear throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for allocated customer accounts. Support the delivery of customer work packages alongside Project Managers and Key Account Managers. Maintain accurate order books, project trackers and delivery schedules. Coordinate activities across Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Production teams. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks to delivery, cost, quality or customer satisfaction. Support contract reviews, purchase order reviews and customer requirement verification. Prepare customer reports, meeting packs and project documentation. Track actions arising from customer and internal review meetings. Escalate issues and delivery risks where additional support or decisions are required. Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions relating to project, delivery or quality issues. Ensure all customer commitments are communicated effectively across the business. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Support, Customer Projects or Account Coordination role. Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong administration and reporting capability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Desirable Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, nuclear, energy or technical industries. Understanding of project delivery processes and order management.
