Industrial Door Engineer - London - £16.00 - £22.00 Per Hour Basic Salary + Company Vehicle + Overtime £16.00- £22.00 basic salary (depending on experience). Company vehicle. Company mobile phone, uniform and PPE provided. Overtime paid monthly. Structured on-call rota (scheduled in advance). Employee Assistance Programme. Company pension. Industrial Door Engineer Role Overview We are recruiting for two experienced Industrial Door Engineers to join a well-established and growing business. This is a field-based role involving the installation, service, maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial door systems. You'll be working across commercial and industrial customer sites, delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service whilst representing a respected independent company. Industrial Door Engineer - Role & Responsibilities Install, service and repair industrial door systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Work on roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors and steel doors. Complete digital job sheets and service documentation accurately. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and office staff. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Work independently whilst supporting the wider engineering team. Participate in a structured on-call rota. Industrial Door Engineer - Skills & Experience Required Proven experience installing, servicing and repairing industrial door systems. Experience working on roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors and steel doors. Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills. Experience working with a variety of industrial door manufacturers. IPAF and PASMA certification. Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. DHF qualifications and/or a CSCS Card would be advantageous.
