Be confident fault-finding with PLCs, AC inverters, and servo drives. Have a good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic welding/machining. Be IT literate (MS Word, Excel, Email, CMMS). Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Be experienced in contractor management and issuing permits to work. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
