We're now working on a fantastic PA position for a very prestigious and well-renowned company based in Hemel Hempstead, this will be on a temporary basis for at least the next few months on what can either be a "cover" role, but equally for the right person could be a permanent position too. In this role, you'd be working in quite a traditional styled PA position and working closely with the company CEO. This role is going to suit someone with the ability to work as a traditional PA who is suited to helping coordinate the diary of not only the CEO but also another senior director, as well as supporting with communications and various administrative tasks. As this is a temporary position, you'd be paid weekly every Friday and this will be paying a day rate of 150 + holiday accrual, which can be broken down into an hourly rate if you were to work an unorthodox pattern. Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer to head up a new Specialist Employment Law team of a well-established mid-sized regional law firm. What you'll be doing: This is an exciting opportunity to head up and oversee a new specialist Employment Law team The role will involve: Heading up and managing a new specialist Employment Law team Playing a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing team Supervising and managing junior members of the team Advising clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters Managing a varied caseload, ensuring financial targets are met Underaking marketing and business development activities Client relationship management. Who we're looking for: Suitable candidates will have: Fully qualified status with 4 years'+ PQE A track record of managing their own caseload Experience of managing/mentoring more junior colleagues Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
