Acting on key dates by advising relevant fee-earners and contacting clients where necessary. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date Trust Accounts, to include details of Trust assets and income & summaries of key points and events relating to the Trusts. Maintain copies of Trust documentation in an organised and easily accessible manner. Schedule annual review meetings with the Trustees, financial advisers and other relevant parties. Prepare file notes and resolutions of important Trustee decisions. Prepare reports to Trustees/clients to include annual Accounts and any recommendations or relevant changes to legislation. Ensuring that Trust assets are registered to the correct Trustees.
