Key responsibilities include: Inspecting damaged HGVs and commercial vehicles to identify repair requirements. Preparing accurate repair estimates using recognised estimating systems. Liaising with insurers, engineers, customers, and workshop teams throughout the repair process. Identifying additional damage and updating repair estimates where necessary.
