Welder Fabricator Fairford £16.47 - £17.66 per hour Our client based in Fairford are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out MIG and TIG welding Read and interpret from engineering drawings Manufacturing and fabricating a wide range of steel and metal products Preparing, cutting, assembling and finishing materials using a variety of workshop tools and equipment Inspect completed Welds Assisting with the installation and fitting of fabricated products Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate: TIG and MIG welding Coded in either MIG or TIG (desirable) Proven experience in welding and fabrication across a variety of projects The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications are beneficial Willingness to work on customer sites and undertake evening or weekend overtime when necessary Welder Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits: Monday Thursday, 07 30 Friday, 07 30 39 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break 30.5 31 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme with employer contributions FSB Healthcare and employee benefits package Ongoing training and development opportunities Performance-related bonus scheme Enhanced overtime rates Company sick pay Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
