Zenith are looking to recruit an experienced AI & Microsoft Training Specialist. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve high-impact learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes for learners and employer partners. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing AI and automation apprenticeship pathways, including: Level 3 AI Integration Digital Support Technician Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner Within the role, you will work closely with the wider apprenticeship delivery team to ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will enable learners and employers to adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-driven ways of working, translating technical capability into practical, real-world impact.
