Key Responsibilities: Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method. Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels. Use welding, filling, and straightening techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards and within agreed timescales. Work collaboratively with paint sprayers, MET technicians, and preppers to complete jobs efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Qualification and Experience: IMI / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent).
