The Role You will manage a varied private family law caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, including: Divorce and separation Complex and high-value financial remedy proceedings Property portfolios, business interests, trusts and pensions Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Child arrangements and contested proceedings Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements Injunctions and protective orders International and cross-border family matters Alongside managing your caseload, you will conduct initial client consultations, build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert enquiries into instructions.
