Here's how it breaks down: Basic salary (the guaranteed bit) £40,000 - £45,000 Tronc - currently averaging around £7,000 per year (but it's a shared pot, so it can go up and down). Bonus - up to 20% of your annual salary, paid twice a year if targets are smashed. So aye - up to £62k is on the table. To keep it 100% transparent: tronc isn't guaranteed, and bonuses depend on performance. Still, the potential is as real as you make it. As a Head Pizza Chef in Glasgow , you'll be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan Pizzas, and for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. You'll also be accountable for: Team Management & engagement Recruitment, training, and succession planning Health & safety compliance Stock management Successful guest pizza launches Kitchen maintenance management Food quality auditing Reporting Whilst skills are important, representing our values is just as important too.
