This is a unique opportunity to use your social work expertise within a specialist, trauma-informed service supporting women who have experienced sexual violence and who may also be navigating complex mental health, safeguarding and social care challenges. Working across the Greater Manchester Pathfinder Partnership, you will support women accessing services through Greater Manchester Rape Crisis , MASH (Manchester Action on Street Health) and SARA. You will work directly with survivors, carers and partner agencies to identify and address social care needs that may be barriers to recovery and engagement with support. What Makes This Role Different? This is not a traditional statutory social work post . Instead of carrying large statutory caseloads, you'll have the opportunity to work in a preventative, relational and trauma-informed way , helping women overcome barriers to safety, wellbeing and recovery.
