Maintain records for employees using their own vehicles for business purposes, ensuring insurance, MOTs and driving licence checks remain valid. Coordinate company mobile phones, IT equipment and telephony requirements, including joiners, leavers and supplier liaison. Oversee company credit card administration and monitor expenditure in line with company procedures. About you: Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Business Support role. Experience supporting HR administration, including onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business. Experience coordinating suppliers, facilities or fleet administration would be advantageous. Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
