Are you a Junior Administrator who is looking for an opportunity to progress your career within a law firm? We are working with a top-rate law firm in Scotland, who are seeking a Junior Legal Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. What experience will you need? Ideally, you will have at least 6 months' administration experience working within a professional environment. Great organisation and strong deadline management skills are essential for this role. Please see below outline of duties: Acknowledging and preparing appropriate correspondence to clients. Handling cases, noting important deadlines. Answering any client / fee earner queries, preparing timely responses. Updating case records, ensuring all information is correct and accurately dated.
