The successful candidate will provide expert-level 3rd Line support and technical leadership across Microsoft's modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows OS, Apple Business Manager, iOS device management, policy deployment, and PowerShell automation. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can implement, support, and continuously improve workplace solutions while ensuring a secure, stable, and seamless end-user experience. Experience in End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, or Desktop Infrastructure. Strong hands-on 3rd Line support experience.
