This role requires a hands-on engineer who can implement, support, and continuously improve workplace solutions while ensuring a secure, stable, and seamless end-user experience. Experience in End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, or Desktop Infrastructure. Strong hands-on 3rd Line support experience. Business Development Manager (Bridging) Warrington 35k- 50k plus bonus The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through the development of broker, introducer and professional relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Underwriting Team and Operations Team to identify, structure and convert lending opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. The successful candidate will already possess a strong understanding of the bridging finance market and will ideally have an established network of active broker relationships that can be developed further within the role. You will be expected to represent the business professionally within the market and become a trusted point of contact for brokers seeking specialist property finance solutions. Responsibilities Generate new lending opportunities across our Finance's product range. Develop and maintain a portfolio of active broker and introducer relationships Conduct regular broker meetings, presentations and relationship reviews. Identify and onboard new broker relationships. Identify areas for growth and new business opportunitie Skills Proven experience operating in a Business Development, Relationship Management or Sales role. Minimum 1-2 years' experience within bridging finance, specialist property finance or development finance. Strong understanding of bridging finance products and lending structures. Experience building and maintaining professional broker relationships. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Commercially aware and target driven. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to build trust and credibility with professional introducers. Full UK driving licence.
