Construction Project Support Administrator Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Support Administrator to join a busy construction project team and this role will involve travelling to Luton all expences paid Key Responsibilities Lead Project Support Duties Provide comprehensive project support across construction sites. Scan and upload site documentation onto internal databases, including: Method Statements Site Inductions Permits Toolbox Talks Weekly Packs Other project documentation Maintain accurate filing systems, including printing and laminating documents where required. Input waste notes and import tickets onto SMARTWaste. Manage delivery records and invoice matching using company systems. Process timesheets and add operatives onto clock-in/clock-out systems. Support site teams with the preparation of project documentation. Assist with site utility disconnections, including water, electricity and gas. Prepare monthly reports. Document Control Responsibilities Upload project documentation onto document control platforms, including Aconex and Asite. Ensure all documentation meets project naming conventions and document control procedures. Manage document revisions and status control. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of electronic documents, hard copy files and document registers. Create and monitor workflows for consultant and design team documentation. Ensure full auditability of design coordination processes. Create and monitor approval workflows for subcontractor and supplier documentation. Ensure full auditability of subcontractor and supplier approval processes. Generate reports from document control platforms as required. About You We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in construction site administration or project support. Strong administration and organisational skills.
