Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for organising, scanning and accurately uploading a high volume of documentation into the electronic filing system.You will ensure documents are correctly categorised, securely stored and easily retrievable, maintaining the integrity and structure of the digital filing system throughout the project.Key responsibilities include: Scanning and digitising a high volume of documents and records. Uploading and indexing documents within the electronic document management system. Maintaining an organised and logical digital filing structure. Checking the quality and accuracy of scanned documents. Identifying missing documentation, inconsistencies or filing issues. Organising physical files before and during the digitisation process. Ensuring compliance with document control and data management procedures. Liaising with internal teams to ensure documentation is correctly categorised. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have: Previous administration or document management experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information. A methodical and thorough approach to work. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive documents. The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. Experience within the legal, property, surveying or professional services sectors would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential.
