Carry out regular audits of hospitality areas, cleanliness, presentation and service standards. Support purchasing and stock control processes. Ensure appropriate procedures relating to food preparation, presentation, hygiene and service are followed. Work collaboratively with the wider care home team to maintain excellent customer service standards. Identify training or development requirements and support team members in improving their performance. Help create a positive, welcoming and professional environment for residents, visitors and colleagues. About You We are looking for someone who is confident leading a hospitality operation and understands the importance of creating an excellent experience for residents and their families. You should have: Previous experience within hospitality, hotel management, catering management or a similar supervisory position Strong customer service skills communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of budget control and purchasing Experience monitoring service and environmental standards Good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and dining service Strong organisational and time-management skills The ability to lead, motivate and develop team members High attention to detail A professional, approachable and positive attitude The flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when functions or events take place Experience within a care home, healthcare or residential environment would be advantageous, although candidates with strong hospitality management experience from hotels, restaurants or catering environments are also encouraged to apply.
