Key Responsibilities Taking and logging customer breakdown calls Planning and scheduling engineers' work Ordering parts required for service and repair jobs Costing completed jobs for invoicing Preparing quotations using a pricing schedule Providing general administrative and customer service support Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems About You The successful candidate will: Be organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively Have excellent communication and customer service skills Be confident using computers and office-based systems Work well in a busy, reactive environment Be a team player with a positive attitude Be willing to learn and develop within the role Previous experience in a service, scheduling, or administration environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Training & Support Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required to carry out the role successfully. On-Call Weekend Rota Following successful completion of training, you will be required to participate in a weekend on-call rota. This involves working from home, receiving breakdown calls and allocating work to engineers as required.
