This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established automotive recycling and vehicle salvage business with a modern facility based near Thame, Oxfordshire. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling accident-damaged motorcycles, ensuring parts are removed safely and efficiently for resale. You will also work closely with the sales team by checking and preparing parts before they are supplied to customers. Key Responsibilities Dismantle accident-damaged motorcycles and remove reusable parts for resale. Inspect and check motorcycle parts prior to customer collection or dispatch. Work alongside the sales team to ensure parts are accurately identified and prepared. Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment. Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced operation. Candidate Requirements Previous motorcycle mechanic or motorcycle dismantling experience is essential. Own set of tools is required.
