The Role As the Senior Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful operation of the development, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to move-in and beyond. You'll work closely with the General Manager and onsite team to maximise occupancy, support resident retention and deliver an outstanding level of service to both prospective and existing residents. The position is based on a 40-hour working week, with two Saturdays per month required. Working hours are on a rota basis, with shifts of either 9:00 am 6:00 pm or 10:00 am 7:00 pm. Key Responsibilities Conduct apartment viewings and convert enquiries into successful lettings. Manage the entire applicant journey, responding promptly to enquiries by phone and email.
