SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Ensuring every SG customer experiences first class customer service Achieving sales in line with agreed targets Follow the strategic sales plan that expands SG Estates customer base and ensure its strong presence Taking ownership of the development in all sales aspects of internal & external presentation High performing to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping SG Estates competitive and innovative Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Manager Provide weekly Build Report information to head Office Ensure all shared systems are up to date with required information Liaise with professionals to ensure smooth transition to completion of properties. Manage customer extras and incentives in line with company policy Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines. Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and second-hand market Ensuring the health & safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure Compliant with company procedures Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams Any other duties as requested by Sales Manager and/or Director Requirements High performing and self-motivated Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Process exceptional customer service skills Computer literacy essential Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation Available to work weekends, Bank holidays, promotional events, etc., as deemed necessary Full driving licence and ownership of car is essential Strong business sense and industry expertise Familiarity with business principles and practices Understanding of data privacy standards Planning, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
