This opportunity would suit a solicitor with solid civil litigation experience and a strong background in Landlord & Tenant and housing-related disputes , who is comfortable managing their own caseload and developing client relationships. Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) Derbyshire Hybrid Working Regional Law Firm A highly respected regional law firm is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its growing litigation team in Derbyshire . This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop a broad disputes practice, working closely with experienced Partners on complex and varied matters while benefiting from genuine responsibility, client exposure and clear long-term career progression. The Role You'll become part of a close-knit and collaborative disputes team, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious matters. Your work will include a mix of: Commercial and contractual disputes Property and real estate litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Injunctions and urgent applications Insolvency-related disputes Enforcement proceedings Business and civil litigation From day one, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own files with appropriate supervision, work directly with clients, liaise with counsel and become involved in strategically important disputes from an early stage. About You Applications are welcomed from Solicitors between NQ and 3 years' PQE with experience in litigation. Whether your background is in commercial litigation, property litigation or a broader civil disputes practice , this role offers the opportunity to broaden your expertise within a varied and high-quality caseload. You'll ideally demonstrate: Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills. A commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients. The confidence to build lasting client relationships. A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work. A genuine ambition to develop within a collaborative and supportive team. Experience working with rural businesses, agricultural clients or countryside-related matters would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
